Day 4 at GTM Tech Week: where to find the people who wire the stack.

Execution day closes out GTM Tech Week Warsaw: tooling workshops that wire the stack end to end. Fitting, then, to end the week on the most operational question of all - where do you actually find the people who do this?

Our research built the map. A few things stand out for anyone hiring.

London leads on volume, but the leverage is further east. The UK holds the most GTM-engineering and builder-adjacent talent, but when you compare available "builder" supply against the number of people already holding the title, Poland and Ukraine offer the highest sourcing leverage in Europe - far more capable people than the titled headcount suggests. Which is to say: you're standing in one of the best-value talent markets on the continent right now. Warsaw isn't a random host city.

The function is barely staffed. Across 402 European employers in the data, 86% have exactly one GTM Engineer. This is a discipline being adopted one experimental hire at a time - which means whoever sources it deliberately, rather than waiting for applicants, gets a real edge.

Build, buy, or borrow is a live choice. The companies executing well are split between in-house hires, a fast-growing agency layer, and fractional operators. Execution day is the moment to decide which model fits your stage - and the data says there's no single right answer, only a right answer for your size.

That's the whole arc of the week in one line: strategy sets the direction, engineering builds the machine, tactics make it convert, and execution comes down to having the right people wiring it together. The talent layer runs underneath all four.

Today closes the loop: a founders' run at dawn, a full day wiring every GTM effort under one brain, and Clay orchestration to finish. Fitting tools for Execution day.

Thanks to everyone who said hello this week - and to GTM Tech Week and Inovo for the room. If we didn't get to connect in Warsaw, the research travels.
