This week, the European go-to-market community lands in one city. GTM Tech Week Warsaw runs June 23-26, four days of workshops, meetups and roundtables built around a single idea: strategy, data, tooling and process wired into one GTM engine. Three things we'll be making the case for all week:

• The market is real. GTM Engineer role starts in Europe grew 13× from 2023 to 2025. This is a labour market forming in real time.

• The skill beats the title. Only 492 people in Europe carry the title - but ~16,900 already do the work under other names. The smartest teams are hiring for capability, not keywords.

• Europe's mix is its own. More technical feeders, smaller companies, and a fast-growing agency layer. The US playbook doesn't transfer cleanly.
