The brief.
A global data and AI consultancy delivering analytics and AI transformation across Europe and APAC activated three simultaneous specialist searches: Data Scientist, AI DevOps Engineer and ML / AI Engineer. All three ran in parallel over a two-month window, sitting at the core of the firm's AI delivery capability and demanding deep technical seniority.
The search.
Three parallel pipelines ran with strict candidate separation and zero overlap. With thin inbound, 3,912 candidates were contacted to populate three qualified funnels, each moving through seven pipeline stages, for a combined active pipeline of 98 candidates.
The hire.
Two roles, AI DevOps Engineer and ML / AI Engineer, were placed in under two months, with the Data Scientist search ongoing. 48 candidates were retained as a warm future pipeline, tagged as future hire or standby across all three roles.
